I accept private pay and I am also in network with some major insurance companies. If I accept your insurance, the cost will depend on your insurance network as some require a copay or to meet part of a deductible before coverage begins. I am credentialed with insurance panels for Colorado, Massachusetts, & Texas through these mental health platforms: Alma and Headway. The insurances I am in network with are: Aetna, Carelon, Cigna, & United/Optum/UMR; and some BCBS plans. Please ask me if your insurance is in network during our consultation call. If it is not in network, I can submit for out of network benefits if your insurance offers this.

What are telehealth services like?

Telehealth for mental health services refers to the delivery of therapy via audiovisual platform, which means you will need a working camera and audio to participate. Telehealth makes it easier for clients to access therapy. You don’t have to fight traffic or  drive far to see a therapist. Telehealth helps you save money, access more therapists across your state online, and from the comfort of your couch, car or other comfortable space!

    OCD consists of obsessions and compulsions. Obsessions can be intrusive thoughts, images, sensations, urges, ideas, and memories. Compulsions are repeated physical or mental acts one does to relieve distress & discomfort. Obsessions are unwanted, repetitive, distressing, involuntary, and ego-dystonic.
